Our Doctor
Chad J. Jackson, OD
Dr. Jackson received his Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Science from Michigan State University in 1994. He graduated with his OD degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1998. From 1998 to 2005 he practiced in his hometown of Clare, MI. In 2005, he and his family relocated to Rockford, MI after purchasing Bella Vista Family Eye Care.
Dr. Jackson and his wife, Tiffany, currently reside in Rockford with their two children, Blake and Lauren. He is a member of the American and Michigan Optometric Associations, Optometric Nutrition Society, Rockford Lion’s Club, and Rockford Chamber of Commerce. He is active in his church community and enjoys camping with his family and spending time doing outdoor activities.
