Welcome to Bella Vista Family Eye Care

Optometrist Dr. Chad J. Jackson and the staff of Bella Vista Family Eye Care will assist you every step of the way through your visual health assessment experience.

Good eye health is essential for all ages, and Dr. Jackson is proud to be an InfantSEE provider. Through this program he offers no-cost eye exams for patients from 6 to 12 months old, starting them on a lifetime of good eye health. He also sees children in their crucial preschool years and continues with regular exams throughout adolescence and in adulthood. As a member of the Ocular Nutrition Society, Dr. Jackson feels maintaining healthy eating habits is essential to maintaining good ocular health. He works to provide you and your family with information on how to have the best vision possible.

Whether you are bringing in your child for their first eye exam, having your first eye exam or maintaining your regular eye health schedule, we look forward to taking care of you! If glasses or contact lenses are needed, Bella Vista Family Eye Care offers a large selection to fit your personality and lifestyle.

Our goal is to provide top quality eye care in a manner that reflects honesty, integrity and a belief that our patients’ needs come before all else. We look forward to taking care of you and your family in our office soon!

bella vista family eye care

Thank you for your patience and support during our temporary closure due to Covid-19. We look forward to reopening our office for annual eye exams and all your eyewear needs on Monday, May 18.

We have taken steps to ensure you will be safe and comfortable during your next appointment. We have safety guidelines in place, including new requirements of patients.

New Requirements for Patients

  • Whether you need a comprehensive eye exam or would like to pick up your glasses, all visits to the practice are by appointment only so please call us to schedule so that we may give you the time and attention you deserve.
  • Please wear a mask to your appointment. We will be wearing masks, as well. This policy is meant to protect everyone – patients and staff. We know wearing a mask may be inconvenient, but we do not want to run the risk of accidental exposure.
  • When you arrive for your appointment, we will ask you a series of pre-screening questions as required by state and federal regulations.
  • We will also ask you to apply hand sanitizer, which will be kept at the front desk.

New Practice Procedures

  • We will be taking extra time to clean any high contact surfaces between each patient visit. You can expect clean door handles, counter tops, exam equipment, and more.
  • We will be cleaning and disinfecting any frame that you may try on. We ask that you use the appropriate marked trays to ease the process.
